About my channel
I started my Youtube channel Acá en Australia (Spanish for Here in Australia) in 2015 when I found out that there was not enough information available to the hispanic community about life in Australia.
I wanted to guide those who wanted to live the same experience and to provide reliable information about living, studying, traveling and working in Australia as an expat.
Acá en Australia has become the most popular social media platform within the Spanish speaking community that lives or is planning to live either temporarily or permanently down under and I’m very honored to know that I have become an inspiration for those who are planning their trip to Australia or those who are starting the Australian experience.
My community: My guerreros, I mean… warriors!
My viewer profile is composed of men and women ranging from 24 to 34 years old. Most of them are young professionals from Latin America who are looking for a change in their lives. They are planning to come to Australia or are already living in Australia and seeking guidance to take the most out of this experience.
Educated
They are well educated and most of them have a university degree. Their main reason to travel to Australia is to gain overseas experience (either learning a new language or studying something else) that would make them look more appealing for future employers in their home country.
Financially secure
They come from medium to high income backgrounds.
Adventurers
They have worked for several years in time demanding jobs and are looking to take a break, escape from a routine and look for new experiences that get them excited again.
